Welcome to the Vitória Régia Hotel

The check-in starts at 2 pm. The check-out is at 12 pm.

It is mandatory to present photo identification at check-in. 

Payment is due at the time of check-in. 

We accept most major credit and debit cards. 

If you are interested in a late check-out, please speak with reception regarding the availability and fees.

The accommodation of children or guests under 18 years old will only be allowed when accompanied by parents or legal guardians. During the check-in, it is required to present an original document. 

If the children is not accompanied by parents or legal guardian, it is necessary to present not only the original document, but also an official authorization/permission from the legal guardian allowing the children to be accompanied by third parties. 

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for taking care of the children at all times and ensure their safety in all areas of the hotel. Specially in common areas, such as the swimming pool, gym, garage and floor’s corridor. We reinforce that underage children must always be accompanied by adults.

Restaurant: Located on the 1st floor. It has a great view to the Vitória Régia Park, one of the most important landmarks in Bauru.

Opening hours: Every day from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

We also offer room service. If you prefer to eat in your apartament, please call 8218 and make your order. 

Breakfast: Served daily in our restaurant. 

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 6:30 to 10:00 am. 

Sunday  from 6:30 to 10:30 am. 

If the breakfast is served in the room it will be charged as a colonial cafe.

We have daily cleaning service from 8 am to 2 pm. Don’t hesitate to ask us for a baby crib, extra pillows, blankets or comforters.

We want to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

The hotel is not responsible for any objects left in the apartments. Please use the safe box.

For your safety, please do not iron clothes in the room.

Our laundry service is open from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. If you would like to use this service, fill out and sign the form inside the closet and provide it to the reception, along with your clothes.

Our parking lot is free and exclusive for guests. We have limited parking spots that can be used in a first-come, first-serve basis.

We ensure that even when there is no parking space available in the garage, we can still accommodate all cars. Our valets park in front of the hotel and take care of the vehicle to avoid any problems. We also have cameras monitoring the external area which reinforces the security of our property.

The hotel has an event space located on the ground floor, next to the reception. It can accommodate 70 people. The room has air conditioner, Wi-Fi, and multimedia presentation system.

Gym: For those who like to work out, the hotel has an equipped gym on the ground floor.

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Underage children need to be accompanied by an adult to use the gym.

Pool: located on the ground floor. The pool area is surrounded by a garden and, for your comfort, has tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Opening hours: everyday from 7 am to 9 pm.

We offer pool towels at the reception.

*Underage children must always be accompanied by their parents or caregivers in the pool area.

For security reasons, people who are not staying at the hotel are prohibited from accessing the apartments. If a guest receives visitors, they must remain in the lobby or register with the hotel reception. Additional fees will be charged. 

We ask everyone to be respectful with loud sounds and noises that can disturb other guests. Specifically in the period between 10 pm and 7 am.

Accessibility: We have accessible rooms for people with disabilities. If you are interested, please inform the reception at the time of booking.

Lost objects: The hotel is not responsible for items left in the apartments. If any belongings are found on the hotel premises, they will be kept for up to 90 days.

Damages: If any item in the apartment (including bed sheets, pillows, blankets, comforter, furniture and electronic equipment) is damaged by the guest, the guest will be held accountable and will have to pay for it. The amount will be charged at the check-out along with any other extra fees.

Clean & Health: We strictly follow all health surveillance rules.

Voltage: The apartments have 110 voltage.

Pets: We accept small dogs (up to 10 kg). We provide hygienic rugs and water containers. If you are interested in including your pet in the reservation, please notify the reception and ask about availability and additional fees.

Baby Station: We offer a space with everything you need to prepare baby bottles and food. 

The Hotel 100% non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the hotel premises. If this rule is breached an extra fee will be charged.
